Our Story

It began when Robyn moved two doors down from Farzi. Their daughters became close friends and through their relationship Robyn and Farzi got to chatting. They soon both realized that they are real estate agents and not only that, they both manage airbnb’s outside of Ojai and long term rentals in Ojai. With similar specialties in real estate and personal investment views the two quickly hit it off.

One day Farzi and Robyn were talking about their stories of how they purchased their homes, it was interesting how they both had a similar experience of agents treating them “a certain way”. They thought, if they could just do what they do already which is serve their community, be sincere and nice. That would go a long way. They made the site o-hi.co to let people know about their individual services and to provide useful into about our town.

If you are looking for non-judgy representation, please say hi. Serving the average family is our joy. We know that finding housing in our little town can be cumbersome, but we are up for the challenge.

Selling homes is fun for us, and we aim to make the process calm and respectful to sellers. Our hope is to keep everything drama free and pleasant for you. So if you are thinking of selling your home, please give us a call, our commission is competitive and negotiable. Because face it, things are expensive but selling your home shouldn’t be.

Robyn and Farzi enjoy working together and co-listing properties. However they are not a real estate team, as they do also work on an individual basis as well. O-hi.co is an informative site but not a brokerage. Robyn and Farzi are both with the same brokerage, Lotus Estate Properties.
